Really couldn’t recommend this place, brilliant quality, great fitting
After looking at kitchens at well known high street retailers we were introduced to Chris at Kutchenhaus in Stockton Heath, and the difference was incredible. From the first time we visited the showroom, Chris was exceptional at helping us in designing and creating the perfect kitchen. There were little details advised which were not discussed at the other retailers.
The delivery went great and on time with everything arriving perfectly. A couple of small defects meant things had to be reordered but no problems, was quickly sorted out with Chris.
We used a fitter from Kutchenhaus as well, which was on the whole great. There was an issue with the lights and connections, but Chris came round and spent an hour working out the issue and fixing it for us (as well as picking up a little damage on door, which he got replaced).
Really couldn’t recommend this place, brilliant quality, great fitting and exceptional customer service

A great experience from start to finish
Kutchenhaus designed and installed our new kitchen and it was a great experience from start to finish. Chris was very attentive and responsive to our needs, gently challenging us when needed and he produced a great design that we continue to enjoy, without the need for a single alteration.
Fitting was timely and went well. It needed to fit around other contractors, which it did without any major hitches. Chris (and Andy also) showed great attention to detail and an excellent customer focussed service throughout. Very highly recommended.

Can’t recommend kutchenhaus enough
Wow!! After months of going from kitchen showroom to kitchen showroom, we went into kutchenhaus Stockton Heath, and from the first min walking I’m speaking to Chris and Andy, we knew that this was the place we would get our kitchen from. They put our mind at ease, no hard sell, no trying to add extras on, just an honest quote. The design process was unbelievable, we’ve always wanted an island in the kitchen and not thinking we could fit one in, Andy worked his magic and we couldn’t be happier, the design pictures show us as a real picture, really gave us a great idea of how it would look, and able to change things on the spot.
Kitchen got ordered through lockdown and was worried it would cause problems, but Andy and Chris where at the end of the phone when ever we needed.
And all got delivered on time, even managed to order a integrated dishwasher after the order was out in, and also came on time. The difference the kitchen has made to our house is unbelievable, being able to have a family room where even our teenage kids come down and sit and chat, Is worth getting the kitchen done. Chris especially was very helpful with the design, thinking about things we hadn’t thought of, the customer service was also second to none.
I did a lot of research before buying the kitchen and went to Wickes, Mobalpa, Porcelanosa, Wren, etc and got quotes – I was shocked by how expensive some of the ‘cheaper’ providers were with hidden costs all over the place. I understand that the market for new kitchen was extremely busy with lockdown but at all suppliers other than KH we just felt we were being ripped off. The quality was very clearly lower than Kutchenhaus as well.

We are absolutely in love with what has been created
We purchased our kitchen back in January with Chris the owner of the store and recently had the build work and kitchen completed. We are absolutely in love with what has been created which for us has been nearly 10 years in the making, multiple showrooms visited over that time period but once we stepped foot in the Kutchenhaus showroom and spoke to Chris our mind was made up before even being given the quote, the professionalism, attention to detail, the honest feedback on items which added value or were a waste of our money was a real step above and different from what we had experienced previously.
Being an architect myself I am super fussy when it comes to details and all I can say is that its faultless, minor scratch to one of the doors but this was replaced free of charge.

We ordered our kitchen from the Stockton Heath branch and the process from design planning to completion was slick and easy. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and he was always happy to help at the end of the phone or with fast replies to emails. From arranging a free fridge upgrade due to supply issues with our original pick to arranging with the warehouse to delay our original delivery due to building work taking longer than expected, he was always there to help out.
